Wisconsin residents now have two options to purchase lower price prescription drugs from approved pharmacies in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. 

• Order directly from one of three Canadian pharmacies that have been inspected by the State of Wisconsin.  The forms for application are available on this website and can be sent directly along with your prescription (or faxed by your physican) to the Canadian pharmacy of your choice.
